Using Vital-Go
Vital-Go may be used only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the platform's intended health-monitoring, coordination, technical-evaluation, and operational workflows.
Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting their credentials, and using the platform only through authorized accounts and devices.
Access to Vital-Go may depend on account role, verification status, invitation status, organization membership, device assignment, or other authorization requirements. Vital-Go may restrict, suspend, or revoke access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, technical abuse, or violations of these terms.
Users must not attempt to bypass security controls, access information they are not authorized to access, interfere with platform operation, or misuse connected-device integrations.
Not for emergencies
Vital-Go is designed to support health monitoring, longitudinal review, care coordination, and communication. It does not guarantee uninterrupted data transmission, immediate synchronization, continuous availability of third-party services, or detection of every health event.
Connected-device data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, affected by signal quality, dependent on device synchronization, or limited by the originating provider.
Connected devices and services
Vital-Go may support Vital-Go-developed devices and compatible third-party wearable, health-monitoring, communication, or infrastructure services. Third-party devices and services are operated by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, privacy practices, technical limitations, regional availability, and eligibility requirements.
Vital-Go does not guarantee that every measurement, feature, or capability offered by a third-party provider will be available through the Vital-Go integration.
Users should not assume that measurements from different devices, body sites, sensing methods, or algorithms are clinically equivalent. Vital-Go may limit, label, normalize, or exclude particular measurements from certain monitoring or alert workflows when necessary to preserve appropriate measurement context and system reliability.
Medical device status
No statement on the Vital-Go website should be interpreted as representing a Vital-Go-developed wearable as clinically validated, FDA-cleared, FDA-approved, or authorized for medical use unless Vital-Go expressly publishes such a statement for a specific device after the relevant status has been formally established.
Changes to the service
Vital-Go may update, improve, suspend, replace, or remove features as the platform evolves, including to support security, reliability, integration requirements, measurement quality, operational needs, or applicable requirements.
Vital-Go may discontinue support for a third-party integration if the provider changes or withdraws its service, if technical compatibility is lost, or if continued integration would create unacceptable security, reliability, or data-quality risk.
Intellectual property
The Vital-Go platform, branding, software, interfaces, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Vital-Go or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, trademarks, devices, APIs, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
Integration with a third-party provider does not imply that the provider owns, operates, endorses, or clinically validates Vital-Go unless a separate public statement expressly says so.
Changes to these terms
Vital-Go may update these Terms of Service as the platform, business operations, integrations, and intended uses evolve. When material changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated.
